Minister for National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government José Herrera launched the process through which Arts Council Malta will be designing its upcoming strategy. During this phase of the process, the public and all interested stakeholders are invited to participate in a public consultation process which seeks to build on the current strategy whilst engaging with new ideas and suggestions for the formation of the new strategy aimed at lasting until 2025

Aaron Bezzina selected to represent Malta in UN/MUTE – 10002
Maltese visual artist Aaron Bezzina will be representing Malta in UN/MUTE-10002, a three-month online residency that provides artists an opportunity for a critical exchange and collaboration while simultaneously connecting resources from the global cultural epicenter of New York City. Bezzina was selected following an open call in January by Arts Council Malta in NY.
€1.3 million programme support scheme aimed at restarting the local arts sector
